Mortgage Makers Lending Corp. was formed in 1995 by the corporation’s president, Ben Whitney who is a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker. He realized that that too many buyers were denied loans because they did not have sufficient down payment or high credit scores. This realization ultimately gave birth to a true financial service helping every home buyer in rural areas, small and middle sized towns and large cities. Whitney dug deep into the conforming, non-conforming and sub-prime financing markets, learning every method of 100% financing and every method of creative financing for all home buyers in just about every situation. He contacted state agencies, real estate attorneys, banks, non conforming and sub-prime lenders and researched hundreds of lenders, and to this day continues to research and compile the very best lenders and lender programs to fulfill his goal of "Home Loans For Everyone."
